Storage: To preserve quality store in a cool dry area. 65º F

Preparation and Cooking Instructions: Stove Top: Bring 2 1/2 quarts water or stock to a boil. Stir in 2 lb. sleeve of rice blend and Indian Harvest (4 oz.) seasoning packet (optional). Add butter or olive oil (optional) and stir. Cover tightly, return to boil, then reduce heat and simmer. Cook 45-50 minutes, remove from heat. Fluff with fork and serve. Hold in steam table or chill for later use. Yield: 16 cups.

Steamer: In a full hotel pan, combine Kamut Blend with 1-1/2 quarts of water or stock and seasoning packet (optional). Add butter or olive oil (optional) as desired and steam uncovered for 45 minutes or until done. Yield: 16 cups.
