Preparation and Cooking Instructions: Stove Top: Rinse Red Quinoa under water until water runs clear. Bring 2 quarts lightly salted Water, Stock or Milk to a boil. Add 2 lb. sleeve Red Quinoa to boiling liquid and simmer for 14-17 minutes. YIELD: 14 cups
